1. Premium Membership Refunds

Premium Membership subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• You retain access to all content until the subscription period ends

2. Individual Course Refunds

Individual course purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:

• You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
• The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
• The course has not been downloaded or shared

4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Courses accessed beyond 20% of content
• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Membership fees for periods that have already been used
• Digital products that have been downloaded or shared

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can resolve any issues promptly.

6. Special Circumstances
